Company History
PGC Wire and Cable, LLC was founded in 2012 to provide cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies to businesses nationwide. Since its founding the company is guided by three principles on-time delivery, customer service, and quality guarantee.
The company was originally founded as Rapid Wire Cable, and complemented RAPID’s other services including sheet metal assemblies and CNC machined parts. The business continued to thrive with double digit growth annually, but in 2018, RAPID was acquired by Protolabs Company. After the acquisition, RAPID Wire and Cable was purchased by a group of employees and became PGC Wire and Cable, LLC.
Throughout the years and split from Protolabs, PGC Wire and Cable was able to stay true to the guiding principles. Since its founding PGC Wire and Cable has manufactured thousands of wire harnesses and cable assemblies, for hundreds of customers nationwide. Even with this rapid growth, the business has maintained a 98.6% customer satisfaction rating, and will continue to maintain and exceed this performance into the future.
Meet The Leadership Team
PGC Wire and Cable, LLC is managed by a team of executives who have a combined 75 years of experience in the wire and cable industry. Each member of the team plays a vital role in making sure PGC Wire and Cable is delivering high-quality parts to customers on-time.

Ben Gallo brings 30 years of manufacturing skills and expertise to PGC Wire and Cable. Ben is an expert in planning, scheduling and product quality, and as the General Manager, is the daily force behind on-time delivery and high-quality parts. Prior to joining PGC Wire and Cable, Ben was the General Manager for RAPID and was employee number one as cofounder and has been instrumental in building the business from the ground up.

Tom Curran has been working in manufacturing since the 70s and is well-known as one of the most experienced professionals in the electronics industry. Tom manages quoting, provides technical support, and brings his real-world expertise to the PGC Wire and Cable team. Prior to joining PGC Wire and Cable, Tom worked with OEMs and CMs nationwide in a variety of management roles.
Paula is our Office Manager and brings over 11 years of office management and accounting expertise to PGC Wire and Cable. She is responsible for managing the office staff and accounting department. Prior to joining PGC Wire and Cable, Paula managed Rapid's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable divisions, managed all greeting and office staff, and lead numerous internal communication efforts. Paula is a highly organized individual who is well-versed in both office management and accounting software.
